Align yourself at a bespoke pop-ups located at beautiful coastlines and beaches in Newquay, Cornwall. 45 mins Fawe Signature Movement, followed by an optional sea swim. Bring your own mat, towel, swimmers, water bottle and a hot beverage to have after a swim. Each location to be confirmed via email and weather dependant.
